Directions to Chokoloskee
The launch is located immediately on your left once you arrive on the island. Please park up front by the water to leave parking space for boat trailer spots.

From Marco Island – Take San Marco Drive(State Hwy 92) out to 41. Turn right on 41 (Tamiami Trail) and go about 16 miles to a traffic light which is State Hwy 29, take a right. Go down into Everglades City until the road turns to the right, go to the round about, you’ll go into the round about at the 3 o’clock position, go around to the 6 o’clock position and go south. Keep going just over 3 miles to Chokoloskee. When you come out of the trees, the boat ramp will be directly to your left. Go down about a hundred yards and turn into the parking lot and come back to the north, you can then park along side the water at a diagonal, back up towards the boat ramp.
From Naples – Take US 41 down to State Hwy 29, which is about 32 miles from downtown Naples. Turn right on State Hwy 92.
